Google Adsense is terrible

Below is the error message I got from Google after the Fifth EXACT FOLLOWING of their instructions.

Talk about driving somebody crazy. Worst is that they won't acknowledge the problem, and every Forum post on Google about this problem is the same-there ate LOTS!- and still....nothing.

Helllloooooo?!?! Carol Bartz??? Are you there? Is anybody? Google really doesn't care about this, it's not a profit center.

Which best describes you? I have an email address and password (Google Account) I already use with Google services like AdWords, Gmail, Orkut, or the personalized home page. I do not use these other services. I would like to create a new Google Account. Would you like to use your existing Google Account for AdSense? You can use your existing Google account email address and password for AdSense as well. Or you can choose new ones just for AdSense. I'd like to use my existing Google account for AdSense.
