No. THe "why they didn't think they could get pregnat" question, AND the WHY question; why, for even those that knew the consequenc­es, did they decide to "take a chance, respond to the "moment?"

It there's one situation where the little head thinks for the big head, that's the one. Since we KNOW that's going to happen, what combinatio­n of incentives and cultural "education­" would stop this mess?

It takes two to have sex, and either one can initiate the mechanics of birth control BEFORE they get in trouble. We just have to finds ways to make it esier, safer and more culturally acceptable­.
